She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Arizona State University, along with a minor in History, grounding her work in both analytical thinking and a deep appreciation for cultural context and long-term perspective. Amber spent nearly a decade as a lead teacher with Great Hearts Academies, where she implemented a classical liberal arts curriculum and was known for designing thoughtful, disciplined learning environments that emphasized critical thinking, communication, and character. Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in hospitality, advancing through restaurant management, catering, and event production roles that demanded precision, creativity, and exceptional client experience. As Managing Director of NS2 Group LLC, an Arizona-based alcoholic beverage distribution company, Amber played a central role in strategic planning, operations, and relationship management, helping drive significant year-over-year sales growth while strengthening partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and community stakeholders.

Frank is a seasoned sales executive and beverage industry leader with more than two decades of experience across fine dining, wine, and spirits. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Leadership and Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, graduating summa cum laude. Frank
has held senior leadership roles with nationally recognized and emerging premium brands, including serving as Vice President of Sales, National & Strategic Partners at Lobos 1707, where he guided teams through national expansion and the brand’s acquisition by Diageo. Previously, as Director of Sales for the Western U.S. at Código 1530, he led multi-state teams, drove significant revenue growth, and supported the brand through its successful acquisition by Pernod Ricard. His earlier tenure includes leadership roles with J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, where he delivered exceptional on- and off-premise growth, as well as senior operational and wine leadership positions with Fleming’s Steakhouse and Legal Sea Foods. As a former owner and Director of Operations of NS2 Group LLC, Frank played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a startup into a profitable enterprise that was ultimately sold. Known for his strategic rigor, relationship-building, and ability to scale teams, Frank has built a reputation for elevating brands, strengthening distributor partnerships, and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
